In this case it's longer. Note the sound is not yet finished while the progress bar (in the progress bar layer) is finished. We need to scale the progress bar so that it fits the sound.

The easy (but tedious) way to do this is to position the cursor on the second to last frame which is frame 16 (see picture). Then Insert Frames (Keystroke F5). Keep hitting the F5 key until you see the finish of the audio file. Make sure you CLICK ON THE FRAME NUMBER LINE or you won't be inserting frames on all layers at once.>/font>
